Donation Policy
Akhil Bhartiya Gramodyog Seva Sansthan (ABGSS) deeply values the trust and generosity of our donors. Your donations help us continue our mission of transforming rural communities and empowering people across Uttar Pradesh.
We strive to ensure that all donations are handled transparently and efficiently. This Donation Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be considered.
1. Nature of Donations
All donations made to ABGSS are voluntary and non-refundable as they are immediately put to use for our charitable programs and activities.
Donors are requested to carefully verify the details before making any contribution.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds will only be considered under exceptional circumstances, such as:
Duplicate Donation: If a donor accidentally makes a double payment.
Technical Error: If a payment was processed incorrectly due to a technical issue with the payment gateway.
Unauthorized Transaction: If a transaction is found to be fraudulent or unauthorized.
3. Refund Request Process
Donors must submit a written refund request within 7 working days of the donation date.
Requests should include the donor’s full name, contact details, donation amount, transaction ID/receipt, and reason for the refund.
Requests must be sent to info.abgss@gmail.com.
4. Refund Approval & Processing
Once verified, eligible refunds will be processed within 10–15 working days through the original payment method.
Bank or payment gateway charges, if any, may be deducted from the refund amount.
